These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lumimor website (the "Site") and any products you purchase through it. By visiting the Site, creating an account, subscribing to communications, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products.

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live, and you must have permission to use the Site and purchase products if your local law requires it.

You are responsible for ensuring that our products are appropriate for your skin tone, hair color, health status, and local laws before use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Site.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or resell Site content without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized order or account information.

We sell at-home beauty devices and related products. Product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability may change without notice.

When you place an order, you offer to buy the products in your cart at the prices shown, plus applicable taxes and shipping shown at checkout.

We currently offer free standard shipping on every order placed through the Site, unless a different shipping option or cost is clearly shown at checkout.

Orders typically ship within 1 to 2 business days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are usually 6 to 10 business days after shipment, but delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered to the carrier, except where prohibited by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect information.

If your device arrives damaged in transit, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the damage. Eligible orders may receive a replacement under our shipping damage guarantee, subject to verification.

We stand behind purchases made on the Site with our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, also referred to on the Site as the 90-Day Smooth Skin Challenge.

If the product is not right for you, you may request a full refund of the purchase price within 90 days of delivery, provided you return the device in accordance with our return instructions.

We encourage you to use the device through your first treatment cycle before deciding, so you can evaluate whether it fits your routine. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

To request a return or refund, contact us at the email address listed at the end of these Terms with your order number and reason for the request. We will provide return instructions if your request is approved.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. We do not charge restocking fees on eligible guarantee returns.

Return shipping costs, if any, are your responsibility unless required by law or we state otherwise in writing. Promotional pricing, discounts, and campaign terms shown on the Site or at checkout apply only while those offers are active.

Our IPL device is intended for cosmetic at-home use only. Read and follow all instructions, warnings, and contraindications included with the product and on the Site before use.

Do not use the device if you are pregnant, have certain medical conditions, take photosensitizing medications, or have skin or hair characteristics outside the product's intended use, unless a qualified professional advises otherwise.

Stop use and seek medical advice if you experience burns, severe irritation, or other adverse effects.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are owned by Lumimor or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and print Site content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use requires our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumimor and its owners, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or products.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or a product will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months before the claim arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lumimor and its affiliates from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or products, violation of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

Continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
